1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the da444 website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and da444 (the "Company", "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our").

The da444 platform is operated by da444 Limited, a company registered and licensed to provide online betting and gaming services. Our services are provided to residents of Bangladesh who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To use the da444 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of placing bets.

1.2 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to register only one account with da444. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for account termination.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

2.1 Deposits

da444 supports deposits via multiple payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi banks. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the maximum deposit per transaction is ৳100,000 unless otherwise specified for VIP accounts.

Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. da444 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient funds in your payment account before initiating a deposit.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request verification of payment ownership at any time. Funds deposited from unverified or third-party accounts will be returned, and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

2.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time through your da444 account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise agreed. You must complete account verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal.

Standard withdrawal processing time is within 60 seconds for verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days. We may delay withdrawals to conduct security checks, verify account information, or investigate suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified of the reason for the delay.

Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Please refer to the specific bonus terms for details. We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals if we have reasonable grounds to believe that betting activity is fraudulent, involves collusion, or violates these terms.

2.3 Payment Processing and Fees

da444 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals in the same month may incur a processing fee of 2% of the withdrawal amount. VIP players may be exempt from withdrawal fees depending on their tier level.

All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. We may request documents including proof of identity (National ID card or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or mobile wallet screenshot) before processing withdrawals.

3. Betting Rules and Regulations

3.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the da444 platform are subject to these Terms & Conditions and the specific rules applicable to each betting market or game. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the rules and accept the outcome of the bet based on the official result as determined by da444.

Bets are accepted only when you receive confirmation through your account interface. If you do not receive confirmation, the bet has not been placed. It is your responsibility to verify that your bets have been accepted before the start of the event or game.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit bets at our discretion. Maximum bet limits vary depending on the sport, market, and player account status. All odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless explicitly permitted by the platform (e.g., cash-out feature).

3.2 Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket betting on da444 includes markets for BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL (Indian Premier League), T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, international test matches, and more. All bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing cricket authority (e.g., ICC, BCB).

In-play (live) betting is subject to short delays for odds updates. All in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or relocated, bets may be void or settled according to dead-heat rules depending on the specific market terms.

3.3 Casino and Slots Rules

Malfunction voids all pays and plays. Standard wagering requirement is 35x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with 35x wagering, you must place ৳35,000 in qualifying bets before you can withdraw winnings from that bonus. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and live casino 10%.

Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise. If you do not complete the wagering requirements within the validity period, the bonus and all associated winnings will be forfeited. Maximum bet while playing with an active bonus is ৳500 per bet or spin. Exceeding the maximum bet will void the bonus and any winnings.

4. Prohibited Activities and Account Restrictions

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Money laundering or using the platform to transfer funds for illegal purposes.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through coordinated play or bonus hunting.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing da444 staff or other players.

4.2 Account Suspension and Closure

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of our platform. In such cases, we may withhold funds pending investigation and may report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all funds or forfeit your balance. Once your account is closed, you will no longer be able to access da444 services. If you wish to reopen a closed account, you must contact support and your request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4.3 Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming

da444 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of da444 services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last revised. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
